What should I expect for my first session?
Your initial evaluation and follow-up appointments run approximately 55 minutes in length. We will assess movement, identify problem areas, begin hands-on treatment and instruct specific home exercise/awareness activities. You will learn all about your body throughout your sessions.
What should I wear?
Please wear or bring loose clothing that will enable you to move easily and allow us to see and access your body easily.
How many sessions will I need?
Of course, it depends on the severity of your symptoms, your history and complexity of injuries. Some injuries are more straight forward while others take more in depth problem solving. Our goal of each session is for you to leave with improved movement and a reduction in symptoms with the long term goal to get you to the point where you are symptom free and independent with efficient movement and your self-treatment plan. We work with you to determine short-term and long-term goals and time frame. We highly recommend biannually or quarterly tune-ups to maintain your health and as prevention.
How long are sessions?
Treatment sessions are around 55 minutes unless otherwise noted.
Get back to doing the things you love to do... and do them even better!
